Does the nightly fee include linen and towels?

Yes - All linen and house towels will be provided for your stay.  This does not include beach towels.

Does the home have any baby equipment available?

No sorry, we do not provide any baby equipment such as High chair, portacot.

Is there public transport available?

Baybus Route 85 provides limited services to Waihi Beach on Tuesdays and Thursdays excluding Public Holidays. Contact Baybus for details of this service.

How do I collect the key?

Our properties offer self-check-in options with lockboxes or smart locks to provide convenience and flexibility to guests. The check-in details will be sent by email up to 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Do you provide a meet & greet service upon guest arrival?

No, you will receive self check-in details prior to your arrival. This gives you the freedom to check in at your leisure, anytime after 3pm.

What type of heating is available?

Heating is available and varies with each property so check information provided for property.

Is wifi available?

Many but not all properties have WiFi available, please refer to the property description to confirm if available.

Is there a laundry?

Many but not all properties have laundry facilities, please refer to the property description to confirm if available.

There are also several laundromats in Waihi Beach which you can use.

What if there is an emergency at the property?

Call 111 for Ambulance, Fire, or Police. 

A property manager is on call for emergencies that constitute a threat to guests or property safety such as a plumbing or electrical fault.

Can I request an early check in or late departure?

Where possible, we will accommodate early check in or late check out requests, it depends on the bookings before and after your stay and the cleaning schedule.
